Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF)

Thank you to everyone who provided places and shared the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) offer with parents.

The Spring delivery has now concluded:

  • 1940 unique children accessed the 4 day programme
  • On average each child accessed 2.7 sessions
  • 297 parents responded to our Spring survey and 98% of those would use HAF again.

The children had a great time and parents see it as a wonderful opportunity to try new activities and meet friends. Parents also tell us the programme gives them the opportunity to access activities parents can not normally afford.

Summer programme

We are working on the Summer programme and will be aiming to go live for bookings on 9th June 2025 at 8.00am. You can access the new HAF booking system here: Eequ · After school. In place of school. Beyond school.

We are adding to the listings every day and this will not be finalised until 8 June 2025 but you can browse the offer and register an interest in booking a place with the published providers.

The offer for Summer is 16 sessions per child. The system will check eligibility so the parent registers on the system and they can book direct with the provider. Cancellation is easy and we encourage parents to cancel in advance so another child can take up the that place.
