Funding training and information sessions and NEW ‘early years funding updates’ webpage

As previously communicated in our ‘summer updates’ email sent on Tuesday 16th May, we will be running virtual funding training and information sessions for providers in the summer term. We are running our first two sessions next week:

Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP)

We have recently updated the process for the collection of parent / carer information and we will also be discussing the EYPP report. EYPP is now available for under 3’s so it is important that we ensure funding is reaching the most disadvantaged children in Devon and that providers have the funding required to improve their outcomes.

This session is being held on Monday 22nd April from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.

Calculating funding sessions for summer

We will look at the pro-rata calculation of hours available for the child depending on when they become eligible, the 570 report that is issued in the summer funding period and calculating hours when sharing funding with another setting.

This session is being held on Wednesday 24th April from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
