Working with children from birth to three years – training for early years practitioners

In preparation for the new funding entitlements, and with the changes to the ratio requirements, the Early Years Consultants and the Early Years Childcare Advisor teams will be delivering this fully funded face to face training to inspire practitioners towards developing excellent practice when working with children from birth to 3 years old.

This training will discuss early brain development and how to work in collaboration with parents and carers. It will also consider child development, the practitioner role and effective learning environments when supporting the under 3’s.

These sessions are face to face.

  • Thurs 9 May 2024 (9.30am – 3.30pm) – Exeter
  • Thurs 16 May 2024 (9.30am – 3.30pm) – Bideford
  • Tues 21 May 2024 (9.30am – 3.30pm) – Totnes
