*Due to the provider’s (Children and Family Health Devon) technical issues in the implementation of their new electronic patient system in February 2024 they have been unable to provide service activity level data for February and March. It is taking some time to work through the issues raised in the data migration and validate the information. A recovery plan is in place, and we expect the data to provide to commissioners over the next monthly reporting period.
