As part of our wider plan to further enhance the experience for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families when accessing support, we have designed an integrated, new multi-agency SEND model and would like your help picking a new name.
As well as providing schools with a more streamlined, joined up route to accessing wraparound SEND support for pupils, the new SEND model will also provide both school professionals and parents and carers with somewhere to go for support and advice.
