Decision to award the contract for CP2145-21 Community Wealth Building
To direct award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will start on 1st February 2022 and will operate until 31st January 2023.
Tender Victory Limited

The decision was taken to direct award a contract to Tender Victory Limited for the following reasons:
• This is a recovery programme and subsequently there is an urgency to mobilise the contract quickly.
• The support being provided is part of wider package of support being delivered under Team Devon recovery funding, so it is important that we have a supplier in place who can deliver the support content.
• From the seven suppliers that were approached, Tender Victory were the only supplier who provided a response. As such a decision was made to work with Tender Victory.
• There is insufficient time to re-tender the contract following the failed tender process and deliver the required outcomes in the required period.
A competitive process was undertaken from which zero bids were received.
There are no conflicts of interest in relation to the award of this contract.
