Ratcliffe School replace Water Mains and Services pipework

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

Multiple leaks from the water services pipework has caused the heating system to fail at Ratcliffe School. Although a temporary repair has been undertaken, a permanent solution is required and approval is sought for an additional £15,500 to enable us to carry out this work. This will be funded from savings on completed projects at Cullompton Community College and South Tawton Primary School.
