Decision to award the contract for CP2072-21 Term Service Contract for the maintenance of Traffic Signals and related equipment in Devon, Torbay and Plymouth,  following a FTS tender process.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract.  The contract will commence on 1st July 2022 for the period of 60 Months, with an option to extend for a further 60 months

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which 2 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
