We are requesting the allocation of an additional £4,500 to the above project funded from unallocated School Condition Allocation.
Following a competitive tender exercise the lowest of the three returned tenders is £4,500 over the approved estimate. Based on advice from NPS regarding current market conditions for this type of work it is deemed this tender represents value for money.
This additional allocation will bring the total amount allocated to the project to £28,500.
