£123,000 has already been approved for this project at Ladysmith Infants School.
Following the initial estimate, soil investigation has detected contaminated materials within the ground which has resulted in an uplift in costs for disposal. We are therefore seeking approval for an additional £15,000, funded from the Capital Maintenance Contingency Fund.
This project is still considered value for money.
