Decision to enter into a Framework Agreement for CPF1527-18– Minor Engineering Works, following an OJEU EU tender process.
To enter into a Framework Agreement (Subject to due diligence) with the below organisations for the provision of the above works.
The agreement will commence on 1st April 2018 for the period of 48 Months:
Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd
Devon Tarmasters (SW) Ltd
Dyer & Butler Limited
E & J W Glendinning Limited
MacPlant Construction Ltd
Middle Causewell Farm
South West Highways Ltd
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
A competitive process was undertaken from which 16 compliant bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
