Decision to award a contract for the construction of the A379 Sandy Park junction improvement (CP1271-16) following a domestic open tender process.
To award a contract (subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract is expected to commence during September 2016 for the period of 28 weeks.
The decision has been taken based on the supplier achieving the highest aggregate score for quality and price as set out in appendices D, H, I and K of the Instructions for Tendering.
A competitive tender process was undertaken.
Four bids were received all of which were considered as part of the formal tender evaluation process.
