Haytor View Primary School – Hall Roof Replacement

£54,000 has previously been approved to replace the hall roof. On closer examination of the kitchen and staffroom flat roofs that are adjacent to the hall, it has been deemed appropriate to replace these at the same time as their life expectancy is less than 2 years. It would offer better value for money to replace these roofs at the same time, rather than make a return visit in two years’ time.

Approval is sought for an additional £8,200, funded from the Capital Maintenance Contingency Fund.
