The decision has been taken on the basis of the supplier achieving the lowest compliant bid.

A competitive process was undertaken whereby four consultants were invited to tender. Tenders were received from three consultants:

Geotechnics Ltd.
South West Geotechnical Ltd.
John Grimes Partnership Ltd.
