Please can you provide a copy of the registration document for Wishings Field (aka Pathfields /Westar) Village Green, Brixham, Devon.
I believe it was registered in 2010 following a public Inquiry in 2009. Brixham Town Council does not hold a copy and Torbay Council appears not to have a Public Register of Village Greens.
This application was submitted to Torbay Council as the Commons Registration Authority and the land is within the jurisdiction of Torbay Council, therefore Devon County Council does not hold this information.
