Please confirm what manager or management position authorised the enforcement of being stopped on a taxi rank when stopping on a taxi rank is not a parking contravention in devon? If you doubt this accusation, please refer to section 64 of the local government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1976 where waiting is prohibited but not stopping.
