I would like to see copies of all of text communications, and records (transcripts or contemporaneous notes) of oral or audio communications between Devon County Council’s Planning Department and the Environment Agency between 1st December 2019 and 31st January 2021 regarding void capacity at, and inputs to the following three waste disposal sites in the Exeter area: Trood Lane, Hill Barton and Kenbury Wood.
The records of these communications to include copies of all letters, faxes, and emails exchanged, and the transcript or the statutory required notes taken at any face-to-face meetings, as well as any audio and audio/video conversations, either by telephone or via the internet concerning remaining void capacity and inputs to these three sites.
These records to include both communications from Devon County Council’s Planning Department and/or any member of that Department, to the Environment Agency, and those received from the Environment Agency addressed to Devon County Council’s Planning Department, and/or any member of that Department.
