Regarding S106 agreements granted from January 2010 and January 2015, please provide the following information:

Devon County Council (DCC) believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. This is because DCC have 785 triggers on the list which comprises of around 500 separate contributions. Each would take a minimum of 5 minutes to check and document what money has been received on the triggers. This is before checking what has been allocated/spent and what project money has been spent on.
