Please may you direct us to/provide a list of all roads within the borough that currently have Section 38 highway agreements in relation to them? Moreover, if this is not possible please may you advise where we can obtain Section 38 highways agreement information?

This is a link to the Land Charges viewer; click ‘LoS land charges mapping’, this then takes you to a map; click on the relevant area/road and this will show which roads have a S38 agreement on them.
