In response to all three questions, we can confirm that the Public Rights of Way Drone Code has not been discussed at a Devon County Council committee and has therefore not been subject to approval. By way of further information, it is our understanding that this document was written by the Civil Aviation Authority in relation to the safe use of drones from public rights of way by members of the public and it is not a Devon County Council document.
