I am writing to make a formal request for statistical data under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding parking enforcement operations in Exmouth.

To assist in establishing patterns of resource allocation, enforcement consistency, and policy transparency, please provide the following data for the calendar years 2024, 2025, and from January 1, 2026, to the present date:

1. Belvedere Road Enforcement: The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued on Belvedere Road, Exmouth, broken down by Contravention Code (specifically isolating Code 01).

2. Madeira Villas: The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued on Madeira Villas, Exmouth, broken down by Contravention Code (specifically isolating Code 01).

3. Danby Terrace: The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued on Danby Terrace, Exmouth, broken down by Contravention Code (specifically isolating Code 01).

4. Danby Lane: The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued on Danby Lane, Exmouth, broken down by Contravention Code (specifically isolating Code 01).

5. Adjacent Zone Enforcement: The total number of PCNs issued on the street(s) comprising the permit zone adjacent to Belvedere Road, Exmouth (as shown in the website screenshot), broken down by Contravention Code (specifically isolating permit-related codes such as Code 12 or Code 16).

6. Time-of-Day Issuance Patterns: For all PCNs issued on both of the aforementioned streets, please provide a breakdown of the time of day the tickets were issued, grouped into hourly brackets (e.g., 14:00-15:00).

7. CEO Patrol Frequency Log: Without disclosing personal identifiable data, please provide the anonymized log entries or a count showing how many times Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO) patrols logged an active inspection presence on Belvedere Road, Madeira Villas, Danby Terrace and Danby Lane versus a logged inspection presence inside the permit zone of adjacent to Belvedere Road, Exmouth (as shown in the website screenshot).

8. Blue Badge Misuse Reports: The total number of community reports or referrals received by Devon County Council regarding suspected Blue Badge misuse or parking fraud on Belvedere Road, Exmouth, and a confirmation of the total number of warnings or PCNs issued specifically as a direct result of those fraud investigations.
