The full value of parking charge notices (PCNs) issued between 01/01/2021 and 31/03/2022 is £4,073,270.00
The value of lower rate contraventions (£50) is £1,659,950.00 and higher rate (£70) is £2,413,320.00
Not all PCNs will be paid, some will be cancelled at appeal or due to error when issuing. Not all will be paid at the value stated, for example when paid in the first 14 days a 50% discount is applied.
