Lower Rackclose Lane, Exeter – parking

I would like to request details on the number of parking tickets that have been received for parking on the double yellow lines on Lower Rackclose Lane, Exeter.

I would also like to request information regarding the double yellow lines on lower Rackclose lane, exeter.

I would like to request the date it was decided to place double yellow lines on this stretch of highway and the reason it was done

We can confirm that a Traffic Regulation Order was implemented on 1st August 2003 which included double yellow line restrictions on both sides of that road, entitled Order Ref 1480: The County of Devon. (Fore Street Area, Exeter)(Traffic Regulation & Parking Places) Order 2003.

It was a Fore Street area parking order which covers several roads at that end of the City and introduced waiting restrictions and the pay and display parking spaces in that area.
