Libraries: 35 / 50

Total aggregate opening hours for all static library service points in 2010 were 1,465.25 per week.

Changes to opening hours were made in 2011. 40 out of 50 libraries had their opening hours reduced. Total aggregate opening hours fell to 1,245.50 per week, a decrease of 15%.

15 libraries have seen an increase in opening hours since the changes in 2011.
