May I ask under the freedom of information act what or if any of the DCC budget was used to set up the above company.
At its meeting on 11 November 2015, the Council’s Cabinet agreed to set up a separate legal entity and acknowledged there would be costs associated with this type of change.
To date £220,000 has been spent.
