We do not hold a central record of providers which are voluntary or charities.   To obtain this information would therefore require a manual review of active clients in 2021 to establish the rates which have been paid during this time period.  During 2021, there have been 13,751 funded active clients; allowing for a 5 minute review of each case, this would take approximately 1,146 hours.  This is in excess of the appropriate time limit and we are therefore not obliged to provide this information pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
