The request is assumed to refer to all of Devon County Council’s highway area and the data below is the number of nights when treatment of the precautionary salting network was undertaken (normally when a winter hazard is forecast for hoar frost, ice snow etc).

The attached charts also indicate minimum forecast site road temperatures across the county for the past 7 winters.
