With regard to this scheme which I believe is still being considered please could I ask you to confirm:
1. Which of the Heavitree and Whipton traders, shops and companies have been consulted?

2. What was the exact format of that consultation with that specific group? Ie what method of communication was used?
3. What was the time frame for that consultation ie what dates were the individual traders/shops/companies consulted?
The Exeter Streets/ Heavitree Whipton Phase 2 consultation was held between 7th September and 7th October 2021. Aside from residents and key stakeholders, a number of Heavitree and Whipton traders, shops and companies (as listed in the response to question 1) were consulted as part of the consultation.
The method was series of flyers and posters which are available to see online
4. How many have expressed an opinion?
Four businesses responded to the online survey (Please note that the responses only include those submitted through the online survey.)
5. What were their responses ie are they in favour in full, in part or have they objected against?
