In the report presented to the June HATOC meeting reference was made to a legal opinion from a Kings Council recommending the scheme to be incompatible with the Equality Act.
Please provide the correspondence between the council and this legal adviser, specifically to include your letters of instruction, the wording of the request that you made to them and the dossier of evidence you provided upon which the KC was to make their recommendation
