There has been no report, research or analysis relating to a clean air zone or congestion charge in Exeter. We hold a copy of a draft Exeter Road User Charging Study report which was produced by Devon County Council’s consultants, Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2006 and we have included this draft report below:
