Education Health and Care Plan Appeals

Please can all of the following questions be broken down by academic year from 2014/15 to today

Devon County Council does not hold the information below, prior to 2018/2019 on a centralised records system. In order to collate that information, we would need to manually check every pupils record. This would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time.

In the interests of providing advice and assistance, we are able to provide you with the information from 2018/2019 onwards.
