We should clarify that this information was produced on the assumption that the request is seeking details of planning applications where:
• * No decision was made within 26 weeks AND
• * No longer period for determination had been agreed between the applicant and local authority AND
• * No refund of fees has been made
Within the spreadsheet, where the name has been marked by *, the name of the individual has been withheld as a private individual and is therefore personal information. This information is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Part 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
