DCC do not hold this information. The Covid-19 vaccination programme is a national vaccination programme based on the Joint Committee for Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) guidelines. JCVI advise on eligibility and matters regarding safety of the programme. As part of the nationally required Local Outbreak Management Plan DCC work closely with NHS to provide the pandemic response. The vaccination programme is funded nationally through the NHS and not by DCC

DCC do not hold this information. There is a Local Outbreak Engagement Board as part of the Local Outbreak Management Structures. It is a public meeting. The C19 Health Protection Board has a wide representation of organisations and stakeholders who influence decision making and the overall local pandemic response but local decisions are made based on national requirements and guidance.
