Devon County Council have established two Joint Venture Companies as collaboration between Norse Commercial Services and Devon County Council.
NPS South West Ltd deliver our Property Consultancy Services, including building maintenance, Health & Safety and compliance services and Devon Norse provides Facilities Management services including, cleaning, catering, porterage, mail and security (as referred to in the table in the request).
The annual gross turnover of both companies is in excess of £17m
