Concrete types in council buildings

How many council-owned buildings have been inspected to see if reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) panels are present and if there are any issues with them? Please include any educational facilities where the buildings are owned by the council, even if they are not run by the council (ie academies).

Which buildings have been inspected? Please provide the address and the purpose of the building, eg school, library, community centre, etc.

For each building that’s been inspected please provide the findings ‘ RAAC present, RAAC not present, awaiting results or any other outcome.

What action is being taken on each building where RAAC was found?

Devon County Council undertook research in 2018 to identify if Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) had been used in the construction of any current council buildings.

Cullompton Community College was identified as the only property identified to be in scope, this was subsequently surveyed and RAAC was not present.
