As per the Freedom of Information Act, can you please provide a figure of how much it cost you to draw up the bid, as part of the competitive bidding process?
We can confirm that they were all were external bids so no money was used to prepare the named bids. They were included in our shared bid to Government for the Community Renewal Fund, but none of the listed programmes are Devon County Council programmes.
Can you provide a figure of how much it cost you to assess the bid, as part of the competitive bidding process?
We spent £3,077 of the £40,000 funding allocation on the assessment of the three projects involved, across a team of 14 officers providing legal, appraisal, finance and project management advice and support.
