Can you confirm to me on an average of the last 5 years on what dates did , the Childcare Sufficiency Assessment Annual document be finalised ready for submission to the Cabinet for approval in Devon County Council? ie years 2017,2018,2019,2020,2021? Also what are the release dates for this publication for each of those years?
