2. The number of Blue Badges which have been withdrawn in each calendar year between and including 2009 and 2019. This refers to those which have been actively withdrawn through misuse, rather than those which have expired.
Devon County Council is not an enforcing local authority and therefore we do not have the powers to withdraw Badges in response to reported misuse. We therefore do not hold this information
