Devon County Council (DCC) is not routinely a party to S106 agreements for Habitat Banks in Devon. Requests for any section 106s relating to habitat banks should be referred to the individual District councils as they are leading these agreements. Zero. Our approach is to leave the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain to the developer.
