Please can you provide me with information you hold on the investigation and enforcement of the requirements relating to air conditioning inspection reports for each of the past 5 years for Plymouth, Torbay and each district in Devon (separately) including the number of complaints, the number of investigations and the number of penalties issued.
We cannot identify any complaints, investigations or penalty notices on this subject over the last 5 years. This relates to the areas of Devon, Somerset and Torbay to April 2021 and Devon, Somerset , Torbay and Plymouth from that date, when the Heart of the South West Trading Standards was formed to include Plymouth .Therefore Plymouth City Council may hold information prior to April 2021
