Prior to 2019, we did not hold a central record of this information. To therefore extract this information would require a manual review of all councillor’s records which would take longer than 18 hours. This is in excess of the the appropriate time limit and we are therefore not obliged to provide this information, pursuant to section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
