Devon County Council do not have these teams inhouse.

Under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, Devon County Council is not obliged to provide this information as it is already available on the Council’s contract register. The suppliers will either provide the traffic management themselves or sub-contract this to a company of their choice.
