This legislation is enforced by the the police not Trading Standards, but members of the public will sometimes report concerns to us. This data relates to the service area of Devon and Somerset to May 2017, then the area of Devon, Somerset and Torbay to April 2021 and thereafter to the service area of Devon, Somerset, Torbay and Plymouth (Heart of the South West Trading Standards).
