Under the Freedom of Information Act please supply the following information within the timeframe as set out within the Act
A copy of the Road Safety Audit policies and procedures that apply to all Devon County Council Staff and / or any partner agency staff working on DCC’s behalf
A copy of the minutes of the relevant DCC Committee meeting where these policies and procedures were approved and adopted.
The Directorate Management Board approved the policy and procedures at a meeting held in March 2005. A copy of these minutes are not held.
A copy of the Road Safety Audit policies and procedures that apply to all Road Safety Audits carried out by external bodies relating to Development Schemes which have an effect on the Devon County Council Highway network.
All legal development agreements signed after 01/11/2018 will come under the new guidance Road Safety Audit
A copy of the minutes of the relevant DCC Committee meeting where these policies and procedures were approved and adopted.
There are no DCC committee minutes as this comes from developer’s legal agreements, refer to sample agreement see 1.5 and 1.21
