In response to Questions 3a and 3b, this information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data).
Devon County Council can confirm the requested information is held; however, the Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation. In response to questions 4 and 5, Devon County Council does not hold parent and child
placements data in this granular way. However, we can advise that we currently have ten Child and Parent Assessment Team (CPAT) carers, and as at 4th June 2026, we have one vacancy.
