A Road Safety Audit has not yet been undertaken.
2. Was the road safety officer involved in the decision to go ahead with the three options presented?
Not at this stage, however, engineering designers would be expected to have awareness of general safety concerns.
3. Which members of the Exeter Highways and Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) signed off on the consultation before it was made public?
The Exeter HATOC meeting on 29 January 2025 approved the options to be considered for consultation and the scope and methodology set out for the public consultation.
