On 15th August 2025 Devon County Council released a document called ‘Engagement Report Updated 15th August 2025.pdf’ which set out your 2025/26 fees for Residential & Nursing Care providers. This included two tables on page 3 that summarised the fees and the cost drivers behind them.
Please forward on, in an Excel format, the original model/workings behind these values, that clearly shows on a line-by-line basis, what costs and assumptions have driven them.
The model/workings should show, for example, where you have ‘staffing costs’ the types of staff involved (senior, junior, skilled, unskilled), the hours worked and the cost per hour. Where you have ‘premises’ please show the individual lines for utilities, insurance, maintenance and so forth. These examples are not exhaustive and you should kindly show any and all lines that contribute to the above.
