Devon County Council can confirm that we hold the results of the public consultations relating to proposed meter introduction as detailed on the above link. Responses from the recently advertised Traffic Orders are currently being reviewed and collated. The information is intended for future publication in the report that is being prepared for March Cabinet. As the publication date is imminent, we believe it is reasonable and in the public’s interest not to divert resources, to exempt it from disclosure until its planned publication date under Section 22 FOIA, information held with a view to its future publication.
