2. How much money has been spent and if reallocated into fixing potholes and better maintenance of road services how many roads could be looked at?
The amount spent to date is approximately £134,000.
The Heavitree and Whipton Active Streets Trial has a budget of £190,000. This is funded
from Active Travel England’s Capability and Ambition Fund. As such, this funding must be
used on active travel schemes and is not eligible for use on highway maintenance.
