Providers can get in touch with the Market Management Team, who will undertake an ‘On Boarding’ process, where DCC discusses the requirements of the contract and the due diligence that will take place before a spot contract is issued for personal care.

The due diligence form is issued by procurement and the response is checked. This form is in line with the Government Selection criteria questions.

Once the response approved, a contract is issued by the Procurement Team for signature by the provider.

Once returned, the provider is set up on our ICT systems to allow payments and individual agreements to be put in place.

The provider’s details are added to the Procurement Contract database for access by the arranging care teams and care managers.
